Q: What if the mouse doesnt have a middle button?
A: (1) Look again. Many modern mice combine a scroll wheel with a middle button.
(2) If its really a two-button mouse, the middle button is emulated by simultaneously
pressing down both left and right buttons. For this to work, the "chord-middle" option
should have been enabled in the X-Windows setup.
Q: I have a 3-button mouse, but the middle button doesn't seem to work!
A: Try pressing down both buttons. If that too doesn't work you can enable the
chord-middle option of the X-Windows setup.
